Aid for the settlement of war afthermath in the US foreign policy

Like any other superpower, war is an important instrument that the US applies in its rise and establishment of its international position. The question posed is “How does the US, as a superpower, behave in the wake of every war”? Reality has shown that after every war, the US provides aid to various nations to address war aftermath; however, the extent as well as scale of aid varies from one country to another and from period to period. This article seeks to spell out the US behavior by answering a number of questions: How does the aid for war aftermath become an instrument in the US foreign policy? What are the factors impacting on the US aid? How is the aid conducted?
