Silk road or self interest road on the East Sea (South China Sea)

May 10/2013, China began to take the initiative to recover the Maritime Silk Road to promote trade and enhance the role of China as an investment opportunity, capital in the eyes of ASEAN, 2) to expand and link the seaport system, 3) to strengthen the role of the Chinese community overseas and 4) enhance reliability to reduce the territorial disputes tensions in the region. But neighbor countries have other view over the Silk Road on the sea in the overall Chinese strategy to expand to the South China Sea, What is the Silk Road on the sea? What provisions provided by UNESCO and international law on that issue? And how do Viet Nam as well as other countries treat with this initiative? It is content that this article is directed toward.
