Coupled with bilateral and multilateral FTAs that Vietnam has entered, it is suffice to say that Vietnam’s international integration has basically undergone deep, complete and comprehensive realization. What remains to be strategic for the coming decades is to make the international integration “more in-depth” and “more effective”. This article aims to shed more light on the implications of the depth and effectiveness of Vietnam’s international integration and simultaneously, it probes into the concept of international cultural integration.
